FocusSea isn't a timer with a few extras bolted on. It's one app where the time you log, the people you spend it with, the deadlines ahead of you and the results you get are all the same story, joined up end to end. Everything is below, in full.
At the end of every session you rate your focus from 0 to 10. That rating produces the one number that actually matters across the whole app: weighted hours = minutes × focus / 10. An afternoon spent bouncing between notifications stops looking like an afternoon of real work, because in your numbers it wasn't.
This isn't something we made up. It rests on three real lines of research: Ericsson's deliberate practice, Csikszentmihalyi's flow, and Academic Learning Time. Every statistic, every goal and every pace forecast in this app is calculated on that number, never on raw minutes.
Same time on the clock. An honest result, and a very different one.
Sessions of 25, 50 or 75 minutes, or any length you choose. Run one, or run a continuous cycle with breaks handled for you in between. Seven real ambient sounds underneath, from rain to a busy cafe, crossfaded on every loop so you never hear it restart.
Full screen mode clears the rest of the app out of the way until you're done. And if you close the browser halfway through, or move to another device, you pick the session up exactly where it was: the countdown travels with your account.
If you'd rather never feel completely alone but don't want to book a coworking slot, you can turn on a virtual companion for solo sessions too: it sits quietly next to the timer, just to give you a bit of presence.
You book a 25 minute slot in the calendar, and on the dot you join a video call with someone else who booked the same one. You each say out loud what you're about to do, you work on your own thing with the camera on, and at the end you tell each other how it went. It's the same reason a library beats your kitchen table, brought to wherever you are.
If nobody shows up within 75 seconds, a virtual partner starts anyway, so the session never falls through. Nothing is ever recorded. Clear rules, a report button, and anyone you clicked with can be saved to your favourites. You can see the calendar and how many people are online right now without even signing up: the account only matters at the moment you actually book.
Every finished coworking session stays visible in today's Overview, in its own card showing who you did it with and how much it weighed in weighted hours: it doesn't get lost in the general session list, because it's a different kind of work and deserves to be recognised as one.
Slots start every quarter of an hour and run for 25 minutes. The blue ones already have somebody waiting: you see who before you book.
Add a deadline and the hours you think it will take, and the app stops being a diary and becomes a forecast: it works out how many weighted hours a day you need between now and that date, and recalculates the moment you log a session. If you fall behind, it tells you while you can still do something about it, not afterwards.
In Work mode the same exams become goals: projects, sprints, certifications, deliverables. The vocabulary changes, the engine is identical, and nothing is lost when you switch between the two.
Log each course you've passed with its grade and its credits, and watch your weighted average, your straight average and your projected final result update in real time. The simulator answers the question that actually keeps you up at night: given the result you're aiming for, what average do you need across the courses you have left?
Weighting rules differ from one university to the next, so the tricky parts are yours to set. Studying outside the US? Switch to the Italian 30 point scale and everything else stays exactly where it is.
To graduate at 3.7 you need an average of 3.85 across your remaining 42 credits.
A heatmap of your days, a Focus Score, streaks of consecutive days, and levels that climb as you go. But the genuinely useful part is elsewhere: the app works out which time of day your focus is actually highest, based on the ratings you gave, not on somebody else's habits. Plenty of people discover this way that they've been scheduling the hard things at the wrong hour.
Every session stays in the Log with its topic and what you got done, and exports to CSV whenever you want. The data is yours and it stays readable outside of here.
Every weighted hour you bank feeds an experience bar that climbs to a new level, visible on your profile alongside the history of how you got there. Your streak counts consecutive days with at least some study logged, and the app only reminds you in the evening if it's at risk, never before, so it doesn't interrupt you while you're working.
Milestones unlock on their own the moment you hit them: your first coworking hours, your first long streak, your first logged course. It isn't a game bolted onto studying, it's the same real numbers as your stats, just shown in a way that makes you want to look at them.

Most apps let you plan and then never bring it up again. Here your week's plan gets held up against what you actually did.
Blocks of work on the calendar, by subject or project. It tells you straight away whether the hours you've scheduled are enough for the deadlines you have.
Two minutes at the end of the week: what worked, what didn't, and the goals for the next seven days. With the real numbers in front of you, not your memory of them.
A morning brief, a nudge when you drop below pace, a streak at risk in the evening, the night before an exam. They speak only when it matters, and you can switch them off.
The details you don't notice until they're there are often the ones that decide whether you're still opening an app a month from now.
One switch hides everything you don't use and leaves just the timer and today's overview. Turn it back on whenever you like, nothing gets lost in between.
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) and reach any feature by typing, without taking your hands off the keyboard. Handy in the middle of a session.
Light, dark, or automatic from your system. The interface speaks Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German, and remembers your choice wherever you sign in.
A separate timer, calendar and spreadsheet give you three truths that never talk to each other. Here everything you do feeds into everything else, automatically.
No banners, no ad tracking, nothing sold on. You are not the product here.
Everything sits on servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt, inside your own account. Only you can see it, and you can delete it for good whenever you like.
Installs as an app on your phone and computer, works with no connection and syncs on its own. Or just try it right now without creating anything.
The coworking calendar, the timer and the demo all work without signing up. An account only gets created when you decide to actually save something.
Your whole session Log downloads as a CSV in one click, readable in any spreadsheet. No need to ask anyone's permission.
Account deletion is final and immediate, right from settings. No email to send, no waiting around.
You can walk in right now with no account and no email. If it clicks, saving your data takes about thirty seconds.
